A certified technician generally comes out within 48 hours, and as quickly as possible for emergencies (major leak, heating breakdown in winter…). A call-out scheduled within 48 hours of the request is subject to an urgent surcharge of €50 excl. VAT.
Both. We work for private customers, but also for businesses, shops, landlords, property managers, letting agencies and architects. Simply select “Business” and enter your VAT number when booking.
Yes, the quote is free when it can be prepared on the basis of the information and photos you send us (for example for a boiler or water heater replacement). When a visit, a technical diagnosis or dismantling is needed to prepare it, these costs are charged in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
Yes. We offer a full service at €130 excl. VAT and a periodic inspection (G1) at €180 excl. VAT, which also includes combustion analysis, burner adjustment and an EPB compliance check. Both are carried out by a G1-certified technician.
